I’m not a big BBQ person, but if I’m going to have BBQ, it’d better be the best BBQ within 100 miles. And the best BBQ it was: Yesterday we headed to Fette Sau in Williamsburg for a carnivorous meal of ghastly proportions. Seven of us + seven pounds of meat = things small children should never see. It’s been 24 hours and I still have the meat sweats (yeah, I didn’t know that was a thing either).
